Get to Know Allison
Empathetic and Fearless Advocate
Allison graduated from the University of Mississippi School of Law with honors. During law school, she worked for the Mississippi Innocence Project, zealously advocating for those wrongfully convicted of crimes.
After law school, Allison moved to Texas and immediately began practicing family law, representing both minor children and parents in complex parental rights termination cases. Next, Allison co-founded and was a partner in a successful boutique civil litigation firm in Houston, handling first-party property insurance cases, including multi-million dollar disputes. As a civil litigator, Allison honed her negotiation skills and learned how to position her clients for the highest and best resolution to their cases.
Allison later established a vigorous criminal defense practice, representing clients accused of crimes ranging from capital murder in which the death penalty was sought to minor misdemeanors, like assault and theft. As a criminal defense attorney, Allison became a fierce advocate for her clients in the courtroom.
Allison has successfully handled a diverse range of cases in numerous jurisdictions including Texas, Mississippi, Florida, Louisiana, and Missouri. Allison doesn’t shy away from a challenge and isn’t afraid to vigorously advocate for her clients, whether that be at the mediation table or at trial. Allison is excited to bring her energy and experience to clients in Colorado.
