Ashley Whitham has devoted her career to helping those when they need it the most. Before stepping out into private practice she worked as a Public Defender for the State of Colorado where she gained invaluable litigation skills. Once in private practice Ashley expanded her litigation practice into family law and divorce matters and has never turned back. She has zealously fought for her clients in divorces, custody cases, child support matters, and many other domestic-related cases.
Ashley has earned a reputation for being aggressive and tough in the courtroom and is known as a fearless litigation attorney. But she is also great at listening to her clients and helping them navigate the process. She has extensive experience in dealing with complex custody matters and high-asset divorces. She is also highly skilled in negotiation and mediating cases.
She is always eager to learn and stay current in the legal field to help assist her clients in the best way possible. She knows these types of cases are difficult and emotional, but with her knowledge and experience, Ashley can navigate cases in a creative and cost-effective manner to yield the best results for her clients.
