Colorado Divorce Attorney Uncontested

How to Replace Your Existing Divorce Attorney

Just like in the medical field, you can hire a second lawyer to give you a second opinion about what is going on in your divorce case, and whether new legal counsel might be appropriate. Get a Second Opinion From Another Qualified Divorce Lawyer

Just like in the medical field, you can hire a second lawyer to give you a second opinion about what is going on in your divorce case, and whether new legal counsel might be appropriate. Remember that just because the court has ruled against you, or the case is not going exactly the way you want it to, does not mean your lawyer is doing a poor Job or needs to be replaced.

Look For a Second Divorce Attorney Early

The Advantages and Disadvantages of Replacing Your Divorce Lawyer

The advantage is obvious. You have someone you have confidence in representing you, and even if you do not get what you want, you can at least rest assured that you put on your best case. The downside is that bringing a new divorce lawyer on board is going to cost you extra legal fees. Why? Because your new attorney is going to have to spend some time getting up to speed on your case. That being said, it can be a small price to pay to get competent and effective legal counsel on your side.
